"He took the blame": Galkin's father on the suspension of the investigation into his son's death

The father of actor Vlad Galkin, who died in 2010, director Boris Galkin told NEWS.ru that he "took upon himself" the blame for the suspension of the investigation into the circumstances of his son's death. According to him, he was unable to extend the process, although he made a lot of efforts. The case was opened due to suspicions of Vlad's family that the actor did not die a natural death, but was murdered.
I will not speak on this topic, because the investigation was suspended. Whatever I did. I could not extend it, it was not successful for me. I took this blame upon myself , - Galkin said.
The director was of the opinion that Vlad could have been murdered. After his son's death, Boris Sergeyevich collected evidence. According to him, his son withdrew 136 thousand from a bank account to pay for repairs, but did not have time to pay, and this money was never found. As Galkin added, cognac and tomato juice were found in his son's apartment, but after an exacerbation of pancreatitis, Vlad followed a diet and did not drink these drinks. Boris Sergeyevich also spoke about the messages that Galkin Jr. received shortly before his death. His son was threatened, he noted.
Earlier, Galkin's father said that he would not be able to visit his son's grave on the anniversary of his death - February 25. According to Boris Sergeyevich, he is currently ill and undergoing treatment. The director added that he will talk to all of his son's acquaintances on the phone.
